NOTE: We do not ship outside the continental USA, nor
do we accept payments originating from outside the USA.
Most orders leave our warehouse within 2-3
days. WE DO NOT SHIP
TO PO BOXES, so please include your street address in
the ship-to information. You should
receive your order within 7-10 days after shipment. We will
notify you via email when your order leaves our warehouse.

Notice must be received within 10 days after you receive the
order. Please keep the item and all original packaging. (We may
want to have the item returned to us.)

item is in stock, a replacement will be shipped. If the item is
not available, all charges associated with that item will be
refunded.
Note: If you are asked to sign for your delivery, please note
by your signature any visible damage to the boxes when delivered.
First, check the packing slip. 1) How many boxes were
shipped; sometimes boxes get separated in transit. 2) Was the
item shipped? The item may be out of stock. If an item you ordered was not in stock, all
charges associated with that item will be refunded.
If all boxes were delivered and the packing slip states the
item was included in the shipment,
