What is PayPal and is it safe?

PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments, enables buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. It's accepted by merchants everywhere.

Payment methods accepted at checkout: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and payments from a PayPal account. No PayPal account required!

NOTE: We do not ship outside the continental USA, nor do we accept payments originating from outside the USA.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 2-3 days. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES, so please include your street address in the ship-to information. You should receive your order within 7-10 days after shipment. We will notify you via email when your order leaves our warehouse.

What if I receive my order and something is broken,  damaged, or defective?

It doesn't happen very often, but it does happen. Click here to notify us of damaged or defective items received. Notice must be received within 10 days after you receive the order. Please keep the item and all original packaging. (We may want to have the item returned to us.)

If the item is in stock, a replacement will be shipped. If the item is not available, all charges associated with that item will be refunded.

Note: If you are asked to sign for your delivery, please note by your signature any visible damage to the boxes when delivered.

What if I don't receive everything I ordered?

First, check the packing slip. 1) How many boxes were shipped; sometimes boxes get separated in transit. 2) Was the item shipped? The item may be out of stock. If an item you ordered was not in stock, all charges associated with that item will be refunded.

If all boxes were delivered and the packing slip states the item was included in the shipment, click here to notify us that your order was incomplete. If the item is in stock, a replacement will be shipped. If the item is not available, all charges associated with that item will be refunded.

Shipping charges are calculated on the total dollar amount of the order and added at checkout:
